Barack Obama US president stated to head of Israeli and Palestinian to act with a sense of urgency to start again with the caught up peace talks. US president was communicating with both leaders of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Benjamin Netanyahu Israeli Prime Minister in New York.
This meeting bought two leaders together for the first time ever since Israeli Prime Minister came into power. Mr Obama described peace talk as national interest of US and described as frank yet productive talk before hosting trilateral meeting. He added saying its high time to move forward and talk about permanent negotiations George Mitchell representative of US Middle East uttered resolution of Israeli settlements from West Bank is not the prerequisite of talk. Mitchell added saying meeting had been pleasant and at times dull too but both leaders accepted the necessity of moving quickly. Our aim was to reestablish negotiations and provide a hope of success. Mitchell said considerably and drastically they are trying to reduce the disagreement and hope to complete in near future. Israel is repetitively denying the demand of total freeze on settlement building. Mr. Netanyahu uttered general agreement of peace process should start again as soon as possible. Member of Israeli and Palestinian said they did not anticipate for any certain expansion. Difference over the settlements has hindered every effort to restart the peace talk. Some Israelites denied as Palestinian and US representative said to halt the construction of settlements in West Bank before a new round of peace talk happen. Mr. Netanyahu formerly presented a temporary freeze for few months however not where houses are already been sanctioned and in East Jerusalem.
